Full description
The adventure starts when we pick you up in the city center of Tromsø. Then, we'll take you on a panoramic drive to Aurora Wonderland Basecamp. This scenic route includes a short ferry ride and stunning views of the Lyngen Alps.
Upon arrival at the base camp, you'll receive an expedition meal. Afterward, join an excursion on foot or snowshoes (if the weather allows), or stay at the base-camp, relaxing and enjoying the stunning view.
In the evening, after a nice dinner, we'll provide a summary of the northern lights forecast and assist with camera settings so you can capture stunning photos during the night.
After this, your Lavvo will be warm, cozy, and ready for you. When you have settled into your Lavvo, you can keep an eye on the sky through the Lavvo's glass ceiling or wander around the base camp to see if the northern lights are dancing above.
The following day, we serve a traditional Norwegian breakfast before we start the drive back to Tromsø, arriving at 11 a.m.
